March Video - Laverne, Oklahoma
Video below was from June 16, 2005. Moderate Risk day out in western Oklahoma so I headed towards Buffalo, Okla and a Tornado Watch was issued. The watch box was a little unusual in the fact that it ran horizontally from western Kansas all the way into Tulsa which concerned me a little since I drove 3 hours west out of Tulsa and now they were under a watch. Big pile of junk storms went up but one on the back side produced one of the better wall clouds I have ever seen near Meade, Kansas. I pulled up to within a 1/2 mile of this lowering with nothing but open skies and fields as far as I could see and a gridded road network, I knew if this thing produced a tornado it was going to be incredible. Soon the storm moved into Oklahoma and gusted out, I just wish it had stayed up in Kansas because there is not doubt it would had probably dropped several tornado's.

February Video - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
November 10, 2004 was a slight risk day with plenty of shear but not a lot of instability . Met up with George Flickinger in Stroud and after looking over data we decided to head SW towards an area were some clearing was visible on satellite. Once we arrived in NE okc a storm went severe so we dropped south in front of it on the east side of okc hoping to see some hail and once we came out of the core we saw a lowering just to our SW. Within a few minutes there was a tornado on the ground and we were able to stay out in front of it as it tracked through the east side. Video is a combination of what George and I both filmed that day.

Throughout the years when I have updated my website a lot of content gets lost during the changes and I usually never get around to adding it back. By doing weekly photo and monthly video updates I hope to get a lot of this content back online.
